We had Brett take down our old deck rails and replace them with maintenance free rails. I am so happy with the job they did. They were on time, fast and have quality workmanship. Thank you so much for our beautiful deck makeover, we love it!

Our Story 20 Years of Work,
20 Years of Work,
done with care
Brett started in construction right out of high school, picking up tools as a subcontractor and learning the trade from the ground up. Over the next two decades, he worked across nearly every phase of a project, from framing and roofing to interior finishes. That hands-on foundation shaped the way BRZ Construction approaches every job today.
After more than 20 years in the industry, Brett made a deliberate choice. He wanted to work directly with homeowners, not just alongside other crews. Starting BRZ Construction gave him that chance, and it has been a rewarding path ever since. The relationships built along the way matter just as much as the finished work.
BRZ Construction serves homeowners across the east metro, including Hugo, White Bear Lake, Stillwater, Woodbury, Shoreview, Mahtomedi, Lake Elmo, Vadnais Heights, North Oaks, Grant, and Delwood. Whether you are a longtime resident or new to the area, we treat your home with the same care we would want for our own.
We handle a wide range of projects, including kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement finishes, additions, four season porches, deck installs, garage builds, siding, roofing, and full interior remodels. That range means we can take on a single focused project or help you think through a larger renovation plan from start to finish.
What sets us apart is straightforward: clear communication, real experience, and genuine care for the work. We know that having someone in your home is a big deal. We show up on time, keep you informed throughout the project, and do not disappear when questions come up.
We are proud of every project we have completed and even more proud of the people we have gotten to work with over the years. Homeowners in the east metro trust BRZ Construction because we treat their homes like they matter, because they do.
If you are ready to get started on your next project, give us a call at 651-247-9422 or send us a message at brett@brzconstruction.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, and happy to talk through what you have in mind.
