Our experience with change orders were very smooth and he was a very patient listener to all our quirky requests without saying “no”. He also offered good alternatives that we really agreed with. The entire project was more or less on time in spite of the fact that we added additional work in the basement and some work outside the house. All his team members were professional. Payments and the work were always completed in a timely manner. Of all things, Brett’s demeanor and promptness was what impressed us. He was able to respond to our questions over text messages almost instantly and would provide information we asked for within a short time.
