We wanted to finish the basement with one bedroom and a bathroom. So we contacted BRZ Construction. Brett stopped by promptly and offered very insightful suggestions. We ended up with BRZ despite multiple other offers. BRZ’s quote was reasonable and we went with it. Brett was very upfront with the costs and the logistics. Our experience with change orders were very smooth and he was a very patient listener to all our quirky requests without saying “no”. He also offered good alternatives that we really agreed with. The entire project was more or less on time in spite of the fact that we added additional work in the basement and some work outside the house. All his team members were professional. Payments and the work were always completed in a timely manner. Of all things, Brett’s demeanor and promptness was what impressed us. He was able to respond to our questions over text messages almost instantly and would provide information we asked for within a short time. Would certainly recommend BRZ Construction for small and large projects. Had an excellent experience with Brett and his brother Kevin!

We had Brett take down our old deck rails and replace them with maintenance free rails. I am so happy with the job they did. They were on time, fast and have quality workmanship. Thank you so much for our beautiful deck makeover, we love it!
